Rille is the Norwegian word for groove, and this sleek floor lamp is our tribute to the fine lines and simple silhouettes of Oslo inspired design. Subtle and narrow with a shallow groove running through the centre, we crafted this ultra-minimalist feature lamp by hand and integrated a low profile LED and built-in dimmer.

Measuring 1154 x 30 x 24mm, and with a total cord length of 1400mm, this minimalist lamp is designed to simply lean against a wall or corner, giving an effortless and modern aesthetic. The lamp is fitted with a USB-A plug, but also comes with a standard UK plug adapter in the box. Simply plug in to a wall socket, or even power the lamp from a laptop or separate battery pack.

With this lamp, we’ve taken a modular approach to the power cord, meaning it can be easily shortened to 400mm to avoid messy cabling, and the dimmer switch can be removed altogether for an even brighter glow. Choose between a white and black cable to suit your home. The wood is finished with a blend of our special finishing oil and wax to preserve the appearance of the raw oak.

Each light is hand crafted to order and normally takes approximately 2-4 weeks to ship. No one light is the same, and each comes with its own unique and natural woodgrain.
